Marco Galli is an Italian artist and comic author who works across a range of techniques and media. After completing his studies in Mantua in the eighties, he lived and worked in Los Angeles and London before returning to Italy where he produced several acclaimed graphic novels and designed characters for the animation film Gatta Cenerentola—the most important Italian animated film of 2017. With his distinctive, hand-drawn works—from sophisticated watercolor to edgy contrast—his work is popular among young and older audiences alike. In 2021 he was awarded with the prestigious Yellow Kid – Author of the Year at Lucca Comics.
