After completing his studies at the Istituto Superiore per le Industrie Artistiche (ISIA) in Urbino, and at the Escola Massana in Barcelona, Andrea released several highly regarded illustrated books with Corraini Edizioni. Noticed early in his career for his extraordinary talent, he has received top awards for his work: in 2017, he won the Italian Andersen Award in the category “Best book 6/9 years” and in 2019 the “Best international picture book” award at the Shanghai Book Fair with La grande battaglia (Corraini Edizioni).
Andrea’s hand-drawn works are known for their captivating nature, featuring funny characters, bursting with personality and humor. His illustrations bring fun and delight to all audiences.
Four times selected at the Bologna’s Illustrators Exhibition, in 2023 he won the prestigious International Award for Illustration BCB – Fundación SM.
