Piero is an author and illustrator of graphic novels and a freelance illustrator. After his studies in Brussels, Piero moved to Paris in 2002. Having mastered a unique colored pencil technique, Piero’s work is instantly recognizable and rarely seen in contemporary illustration. His work brings to life realistic and surprisingly detailed sceneries, while delivering a concise narrative message. In addition to his own graphic novels, he also creates illustrations and comic stories for books, newspapers and magazines.
